Information involved in RSS features

Real Service Solutions (RSS) provides account, professional, project and related website features. Drop2Site driver applications are reviewed within RSS. The information involved depends on which features you use.

Account and business details

Name, contact information, location, account sign-in credentials and identifiers, account role and the profile or company details you provide support registration, sign-in, member profiles and account administration.

Projects, listings and conversations

Project descriptions, job locations, proposals, product or service listings, messages and submitted files support the work and conversations you choose to manage through RSS.

Orders and paid features

Order, transaction and account references support the relevant purchase or paid feature. Where a payment provider is used, information needed for that transaction is sent to that provider.

Support and issue reports

The contact details and message you submit help RSS review and respond to your question or reported issue.

Website and security information

Website requests and security checks involve technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request details and security events. These support website delivery, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Who can see what you provide

Profiles, listings and project information can be visible to other members or visitors, depending on the feature. Messages and shared documents are available to the participants and authorized personnel who operate or support the service. Hosting, security and other connected providers also process information needed for their services.

Consider the audience before posting. Do not put passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive claim information in public profiles, project descriptions or general messages. Contact RSS before sharing sensitive material if its purpose or intended recipients are unclear.

Your Drop2Site application

The current form is an application for review. It does not create a driver account, authorize deliveries or establish an employment or contractor relationship.

Contact and proposed service area

Your name, email, phone, home city, state and ZIP code, proposed service states, travel distance and availability let RSS contact you and review where you would like to deliver.

License and operating setup

Age confirmations, license class, status, expiry, issuing state, endorsements or restrictions, insurance status and carrier information help RSS assess the proposed operating setup. State-specific answers may include whether you hold a required credential, certificate or waiver.

Vehicle and delivery capabilities

Vehicle and trailer descriptions, registration and garaging states, weight ratings, planned loads, dimensions and available equipment help RSS review the kinds of deliveries that may fit your setup.

Questionnaire and review record

RSS saves your answers, acknowledgments, application reference and the state questions shown to you. Authorized reviewers can record follow-up notes, status changes and proposed service-area decisions.

Application security

Security checks and submission controls use technical information to protect the form and limit abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and connection signals; RSS sends the security-check response token and client IP address to Cloudflare for verification.

RSS uses this information to review your application, contact you about that review and assess possible delivery eligibility. The application is available through the restricted RSS review system; it is not published as a driver profile. Authorized personnel and providers supporting hosting, security and system operation can process information for those functions.

Your application acknowledgment concerns the use of your information for application review and related contact. It is not a blanket authorization for background reports, biometric identity checks or marketing.

Connected services

Some RSS features use outside providers for hosting, sign-in, location search, security, analytics or payments. Using a connected feature can send relevant account, transaction, location or technical information to its provider. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy information.

The driver application uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated traffic. Its signals include IP address and browser and connection information. Read the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Provider privacy information is also available from Google and Stripe for RSS features that use their services. Contact RSS if you need the recipient or purpose of a particular connection explained before using it.

Cookies and browser choices

RSS pages use cookies or browser storage for functions such as sessions, account access and saved preferences. Some pages also load Google analytics tools and third-party resources, which receive technical information when your browser connects to them.

Browser settings can limit cookies or storage; doing so may affect sign-in or other features. Closing a cookie message is not the same as changing every provider's tracking behavior. The cookie message does not apply Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control choices across connected services. Other providers may collect information about your activity across websites when their technologies are used.

The driver form keeps your in-progress answers in the page while you complete it; its form script does not save an application draft in browser storage. Security and website requests still occur separately from the application submission.

Retention and deletion requests

Submitted Drop2Site applications and their review records are stored in the RSS application system. The current application workflow does not provide automatic expiry or applicant self-service deletion. This notice does not specify a fixed retention period.

You can contact RSS to ask about information held for a particular feature or request correction or deletion. Requests require review; sending a request does not automatically remove information from the service, connected providers or backups. Use the contact below before applying if you need retention details first.

Email admin@realservicesolutions.com or use the RSS contact page. You can ask about access, correction or deletion, the purpose of a collection, or who receives information.

Include the account email or application reference, the feature involved and what you are requesting. Include your state or country when asking about location-specific rights. Do not email passwords, full payment-card numbers or identity-document images.

The rights and procedures that apply depend on your location, your relationship with RSS and the information involved. This page describes current features and a contact route; it does not replace any rights you have under applicable law.

Updates to this notice

Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. New uses or collection steps may require additional notices or choices before they begin. The membership agreement addresses service terms separately from this information notice.
